Atika Suri

Atika Suri (born Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau; February 10, 1968) is an Indonesian TV newscasters and newscast producer. Suri began her career as a reporter and news presenter for RCTI's morning show, Nuansa Pagi, in 1993. Since 1994, Suri had been assigned to report Indonesia's presidential activities including reporting overseas visits of former presidents Suharto and Abdurrahman Wahid. As a presidential correspondent, Suri had conducted many live reports from overseas, and also established networks with sources such as cabinet ministers and officials. Suri also did live reports during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders Meeting in Bogor, Indonesia in 1994, and covered the Meeting of 77 Heads of the 3rd World Countries, or G-77 Conference, in Havana, Cuba.

Atika Suri is now the news producer of RCTI's newscast, Buletin Siang, one of the news programs in Indonesia. Suri manages the production of the newscast, selects stories and arranges the rundown, writes news stories and lead-ins, copies edit and approves the scripts prior to editing and on-air. She also helps translate materials from news agencies and voices them into Indonesian language.

Since 2004, Suri has been back to serve as the main anchor of RCTI’s morning newscast Nuansa Pagi along with co-anchor Ade Novit. She had also served as the main anchor of Buletin Siang, as well as the newscaster of Seputar Indonesia.

Atika Suri graduated from the Design and Art Faculty of Trisakti University in Jakarta. During her career as television journalist, Suri has attended several professional trainings including Peace Journalism from the BBC in 2001, CNN Television Workshop in October 2000, and TV News Production Workshops by Frank N. Magid Associates in 1995 and 1996. Atika Suri had been nominated as the most favorite female news presenter of the Panasonic Awards in 2000.

Dwi Anggia

Dwi Anggia (born 19 January 1983 in Padang) is an Indonesian news presenter and reporter for the private Indonesian television network ANTV.

Career
Anggia started her career in 2002 as a radio announcer at Arbes FM Padang. In 2004 she became a news presenter at Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) Padang, a part of state-owned television station of the Republic of Indonesia, TVRI, which broadcasts exclusively for West Sumatra province. In 2005 she joined Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV), a private-owned Indonesian television station. Her first experience as a news presenter at SCTV was hosting their 30 minute investigative crime news program called Sigi. In 2009 she became an anchor at another private Indonesian television station, the newly revamped ANTV where she hosts Kabar Petang.

Education
Anggia attended the state-owned Andalas University and earned a bachelor degree in Agronomics.

Yvonne Adelia

She’s channeled her dream of being a professional golfer into a career in TV news. Yvonne Adelia’s competitive skills suit her well in the challenging world of journalism.

Adelia is a member of Metro TV’s pioneering Metro Xin Wen Chinese-language team, anchoring NewsFlash segments.

Born in Jakarta, Adelia received her higher education in Australia, Japan and the U.S. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications at City University in Seattle, Washington.

Because she speaks and reads four languages – Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin and Japanese - she was in demand as a translator following graduation. She joined Metro TV in February 2008.

Besides golf, playing the piano takes up Adelia’s leisure time.

Tascha Liudmila

Tascha Liudmila began her career as a print journalist before moving to television news. She joined Metro TV in February 2008, anchoring morning programs and headline news segments.

She was born in Jakarta, and graduated from the University of Pelita Harapan with a bachelor’s degree in social science. After reporting on crime and politics for SCTV in Jakarta from 2004-2006, she returned to school in the United Kingdom. She earned her master’s degree in international business from the University of Birmingham.

Liudmila speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Desi Anwar

Desi Anwar's television career serves as a road map for all aspiring journalists. As Metro TV's senior anchor, Anwar hosts the network's major economic and special programs, along with serving as Media Support Manager.

She began her career as an anchor/reporter with Indonesia’s first commercial television station RCTI in 1990. Among other programs, she hosted "Seputar Indonesia," "Nuansa Pagi," "Buletin Siang" and "Buletin Malam." Anwar also served as executive producer and anchor of RCTI’s daily English-language news program "Indonesia Liputan Khusus."

Anwar was voted "Best News Presenter" by Citra Tabloid for three consecutive years (1994 – 1997). She also won the Panasonic Award for "Best News Presenter" in 1997 and 1998. In 1998, she was nominated as "Best Anchor/Presenter" by the Asian Television Awards. And she was a nominee for the Panasonic Award "Best News Presenter" in 2004.

Born in Bandung, Anwar holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Sussex, and a master of arts degree from the University of London. She speaks Bahasa Indonesia, English and French.
