Luna Maya Sugeng (born in Denpasar, Bali, August 26, 1983) is an Indonesian soap opera actress, and big screen movie that started her career as an advertising and catwalk model.

Luna began her career as a model. She jumped into the movie world in 2004 with a supporting role in the film 30 hari Mencari Cinta (30 Days Looking for Love). In the movie, she acted as Barbara, a beautiful and sexy girl who becomes a man's dream. This was the first of her roles as an antagonist. After that she appeared in the movie Brownies in 2005. In the film directed by Hanung Bramantyo, she also appeared in a supporting role. Luna's first role as a main character was as Mina in the Bangsal 13 (13th Ward) in the same year.

Atika Suri

Atika Suri (born Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau; February 10, 1968) is an Indonesian TV newscasters and newscast producer. Suri began her career as a reporter and news presenter for RCTI's morning show, Nuansa Pagi, in 1993. Since 1994, Suri had been assigned to report Indonesia's presidential activities including reporting overseas visits of former presidents Suharto and Abdurrahman Wahid. As a presidential correspondent, Suri had conducted many live reports from overseas, and also established networks with sources such as cabinet ministers and officials. Suri also did live reports during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders Meeting in Bogor, Indonesia in 1994, and covered the Meeting of 77 Heads of the 3rd World Countries, or G-77 Conference, in Havana, Cuba.

Atika Suri is now the news producer of RCTI's newscast, Buletin Siang, one of the news programs in Indonesia. Suri manages the production of the newscast, selects stories and arranges the rundown, writes news stories and lead-ins, copies edit and approves the scripts prior to editing and on-air. She also helps translate materials from news agencies and voices them into Indonesian language.

Since 2004, Suri has been back to serve as the main anchor of RCTI’s morning newscast Nuansa Pagi along with co-anchor Ade Novit. She had also served as the main anchor of Buletin Siang, as well as the newscaster of Seputar Indonesia.

Atika Suri graduated from the Design and Art Faculty of Trisakti University in Jakarta. During her career as television journalist, Suri has attended several professional trainings including Peace Journalism from the BBC in 2001, CNN Television Workshop in October 2000, and TV News Production Workshops by Frank N. Magid Associates in 1995 and 1996. Atika Suri had been nominated as the most favorite female news presenter of the Panasonic Awards in 2000.

Dwi Anggia (born 19 January 1983 in Padang) is an Indonesian news presenter and reporter for the private Indonesian television network ANTV.

Career
Anggia started her career in 2002 as a radio announcer at Arbes FM Padang. In 2004 she became a news presenter at Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) Padang, a part of state-owned television station of the Republic of Indonesia, TVRI, which broadcasts exclusively for West Sumatra province. In 2005 she joined Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV), a private-owned Indonesian television station. Her first experience as a news presenter at SCTV was hosting their 30 minute investigative crime news program called Sigi. Desi Anwar's television career serves as a road map for all aspiring journalists. As Metro TV's senior anchor, Anwar hosts the network's major economic and special programs, along with serving as Media Support Manager.

She began her career as an anchor/reporter with Indonesia’s first commercial television station RCTI in 1990. Among other programs, she hosted "Seputar Indonesia," "Nuansa Pagi," "Buletin Siang" and "Buletin Malam." Diandra Paramita Sastrowardoyo (born March 16, 1982 in Jakarta, Indonesia) -- more popularly known as Dian Sastro or Dian Sastrowardoyo -- is an Indonesian model and actress.

Agnes Monica (born Agnes Monica Muljoto on July 1, 1986) is a Chinese Indonesian pop recording artist, dancer, actress, songwriter, and model. Her career started when she was only 6 years old.

Her album "..And the Story Goes" (2003) made her popular as a teenage singer. It was a big success in Indonesia with the singles "Bilang Saja", "Jera" and "Cinta Mati". The album sold 30.000 copies in only 3 days and eventually got double platinum. In 2005 she released her second album "Whaddup A.. '?!" with the hit single, "Tak Ada Logika". It sold 50,000 copies in 10 days and went to triple platinum (with no album promotion in Malaysia). Her current album is "Sacredly Agnezious"; it features the hit single, Teruskanlah. Her biggest hit to date is "Matahariku".

"Godai Aku Lagi", the second single of her album, Sacredly Agnezious , was heavily inspired by several international acts. The opening of the clip mimicked the music video Moulin Rouge,while the ending of the video was a tribute to the international blockbuster Æon Flux. There is a scene in the video where Agnes Monica, wearing a white wig, is strapped on a chair but vanishes into thin air when she is about to be injected with a toxic chemical substance. This scene was based on Madonna's music video of Die Another Day. "Godai Aku Lagi" set a record of hitting 1.5 million personalized ring-back tone sales, resulting in the song going triple platinum.

The limited edition of her mini album sold well not only in her homeland, Indonesia, but also in Malaysia and Singapore. In addition, "Matahariku", the first single of the album, Sacredly Agnezious, was certified platinum folllwing the activation of 1.5 million ring-back tones in 2008, and also became one of the most watched Indonesian female Singer videos on YouTube, garnering over one million views less than 5 months. After 10 months, the figure rose to more than two million viewers.Then, After one year of it published, it rising again over 2.5 million viewers and rise up to 3 million viewers after one-half years.

Sandioriva was born in Jakarta to a Sundanese father and an Acehnese mother. She attended the Al-Azhar School for her elementary and secondary education. Her participation in Puteri Indonesia 2009 was controversial because she was representing the province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, a conservative Muslim province ruled by Sharia Law. Touted as a contest of "beauty, brains, health and Eastern values," Kamidia Radisti of West Java beat out 33 hopefuls to be crowned Miss Indonesia 2007 Thursday night, 5 July 2007 at the Jakarta Convention Center.

Disti, 23, receive the winning prize of Rp 75 million (US$8,300) in cash and represent Indonesia in Miss World 2007.

An avid swimmer who has competed nationally, Kamidia also participated in the 2006 Wajah Femina or Femina Face competition where she was a finalist. She studies economics at Padjadjaran University and is in her sixth semester.

Verna Gladies Merry Ingkiriwang, of Central Sulawesi was crowned first runner up; the 23-year-old medical student at Samratulangi University will receive Rp 35 million.

The second runner-up title went to 23-year-old I Gusti Agung Ary Kusumawardani of Bali, a student of literature at Udayana University. Ary will receive Rp 25 million.

This year’s Miss Indonesia pageant was a prolonged affair with performances from six different singing acts between various segments of the program.

Contestants were narrowed down to 10 finalists at the start of the show. The finalists proceeded to answer a series of questions chosen from a glass bowl onstage. Some were thrown relatively soft questions, such as the meaning of smiling or their personal definition of “sexy,” while others received more difficult questions on social issues like teen pregnancy and modernity within the Indonesian archipelago.

Ten contestants soon became five, and another round of questions cut the competition down to Kamidia, Verna and Ary. The final three contestants were all asked the same question, which regarded the loss of cultural assets in Indonesia. Kamidia suggested a weekly tradition for Indonesians to wear different traditional dress, such as kebaya and batik, to keep cultural ties alive.

Three smaller titles were awarded among the other 30 contestants. Dian Ayu Lestari of Maluku was named Miss Persahabatan, or Miss Friendship. Vicky Veranita Yudhasoka of Central Jawa was named Miss Beautiful Skin. Lastly, the title of Miss Favorite, as voted by fans and audience members through SMSmessaging, went to Jessica Tji of Bangka Belitung, who was also a top-five finalist. All three ladies will receive Rp 15 million in gifts and cash.

This November-December, Kamidia will go to Sanya, China to participate in Miss World 2007. Indonesia also holds an annual Putri Indonesia contest, where the winner will represent the country to the Miss Universe pageant

Zivanna Letisha Siregar (called Zizi, born in Jakarta, February 16, 1989), is an Indonesian Beauty Queen. She was crowned as Puteri Indonesia 2008 on August 15, 2008 by her predecessor, Putri Raemawasti and she has a chance to compete at Miss Universe 2009 Pageant in Atlantis Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas, as the representative of Indonesia. Although, she was one of the favorites to enter the semi-finals by many pageant sites, she failed to make it to the Top 15.
